All sales are final.

Due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives with a significant issue that differs from the listing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Vintage condition

Every piece is authentic vintage and may show signs of age, fading, repairs or wear.

Any notable flaws will be clearly photographed and described. Please review all photos and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Shipping

• Shipped from Canada
• International orders are shipped via Canada Post or another tracked carrier when available.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
• We are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen and if the courier can't deliver to your address for any unknown reasons or if the package gets lost during transport.

USA: 5–10 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Rest of the World: 7–21 business days

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us. We'll do our best to assist you with the carrier's claims process.

Authenticity

Every item sold by Stitch Ossuary is researched and represented to the best of our knowledge. If an item has been repaired, altered or has notable flaws, those details will always be disclosed in the listing.
